AttractRetain Service Delivery Model (ASDM)
AttractRetain delivers a seamless staffing solution deploying a simple easy-to-use process for channelling clients vacancies through one specialist resource sourcing process group, AttractRetain Service Delivery Model (ASDM).
ASDM is responsible for the hiring process, sourcing strategy and programme process flow.
ASDM will take full responsibility for a quick and accurate acquisition of resources, managing the complexity, development and administration of the sourcing chain for all levels of the selected requirements. Our proven methodology uses skilled Resource Process Consultants (RPC) to execute the recruitment and ASDM, to manage the process using technology to support the communication and management information objectives.
Initially, the RPC will consult with hiring managers to understand the company's history, culture, structure, expectations, challenges, future direction and operations. Earlier in the process the ASDM and RPC team will liaise with the line managers and the HR team to develop the general parameters of a compensation package that will attract the right candidate.
Once the position is defined, the ASDM and RPC team identifies resources via our proprietary database and other AttractRetain / ASDM sourcing tools. The original list of candidates is carefully screened through phone interviews, video conferences and face to face meetings. The Hiring Manager is then presented with a final short list of qualified candidates.
The finalist for the position will usually meet with the client for second and possibly third round of discussions. At this point, the compensation package will have been discussed in detail increasing the likelihood that an offer will be accepted. Generally the RPC will participate in the negotiations until a final offer is made and accepted. AttractRetain and ASDM conduct thorough due diligence and background verification of the candidates throughout the process, sometimes with the assistance of an independent third party.
A similar process is used by ASDM for the speedy and timely acquisition of contract and temporary staff using additional methodologies. The ASDM and RPC team use multiple sourcing channels, validated cultural assessments and our global database to offer a low overhead approach that accelerates the recruitment process and provides a diverse set of candidates matched with specific cultural and strategic requirements.
