Utilising project risk and control to exceed client's expectations and achieve our service standards defined in the service level agreement (SLA). Attract Retain RPO implementation schedule is underpinned by our change management programme designed in partnership with clients to ensure successful introduction of RPO processes.
Our implementation governance includes clear, precise checks and balance to ensure the process is transformed within the defined KPIs and SLAs. We work with existing technology platforms or leverage our relationships with technology partners to implement new platforms. Aiming to drive constant improvements whilst retaining a standardised infrastructure.
Communication is acknowledged to be of utmost importance to ensure that any change programme and implementation is successful. Developing communication programme's that ensure that the implementation stage is achieving key milestones. Working with clients to develop their internal communication and branding to employees, HR team members and the executive regarding the service change roll-out. Attract Retain RPO facilitate's communication channels with all members of the implementation team, suppliers / third party vendors and internal/external advisors.
A key aspect of the communication process and change management programme is employee engagement. Developing a compelling case for the RPO programme to facilitate executive team buy in and cascade this message through all levels of the organisation.
